  1. Creating a Will and other estate planning documents doesn’t have to be expensive.
  2. Every adult should have these 4 key documents: a Last Will and Testament, a Medical Power of Attorney, a Financial Power of Attorney, and a Living Will or Directive to Physician.
  3. If you don’t have a Will, state law will determine who gets your assets.
  4. You should review your legal documents every three to five years or after any major life change.
  5. The best estate planning incorporates your attorney, insurance agent, financial planner and banker in your periodic estate plan review.
